Introduction
Ibercompas BV has since grown into one of the largest intermediaries between the supply and demand of Spanish professionals for the Dutch and Belgian labor markets. Every month, we help dozens of Spanish candidates find a new career in Belgium or the Netherlands.

Our Approach

2. Labor Market Communication
Resources are specifically deployed to attract relevant candidates.
3. Recruitment
An interview is conducted with a consultant to inform the candidate about working in the Netherlands, the position, the client, and practical matters. In addition, we assess whether the candidate meets the technical requirements, personal competencies, and a specific language level.
4. Process Guidance
After the candidate is introduced to the client, we support both the candidate and the client throughout the remainder of the recruitment process.

The client:
Before accepting an assignment, we first evaluate whether the client is well-equipped and prepared for the arrival of Spanish employees. Is the organization ready, both procedurally and culturally? Based on our commitment to fair mobility, we want candidates to be able to integrate well with a client. If the necessary conditions are not in place, we can support the client in achieving them.
The candidates:
In the initial phase(s) of the recruitment process, candidates are tested on their technical and personal suitability. It is possible that a candidate fits a role professionally but is not personally ready to live and work abroad. It is our task to filter this out to reduce the risk of failure.
If candidates are under the age of 23, we also involve the parents in the first phase of the recruitment process. Additionally, we require various actions from the candidate so that we can assess their commitment to the process.
